Following this motto, Mathias Bachmann and his dedicated kitchen brigade at the Elephant Restaurant work together to create a variety of dishes in a classic and traditional style. This results in a special culinary delight for guests that showcases the art of cuisine in South Tyrol at its highest level. 

In our traditional “Zirbelstube” (Swiss stone pine parlour)  and “Altdeutsche Stube” (old German parlour), regional products of the highest quality are served by our excellent service team in a cosy atmosphere characterised by wood panelling.
