Our wine list reflects a passion and a deep love for the world of wine.
We personally selected all the wine labels and most of them reflect our personal taste within the variety. Just like the cuisine of our head chef Mathias Bachmann, we do not limit ourselves geographically, but try to offer the best of each terroir. Countless trips have shaped the map of our love for Piedmont and Burgundy. Through decades of contacts, we have gained access to a large number of unrivalled producers such as Cappellano, Rinaldi, Canonica, Armand Rousseau, Raveneau, Liger Belair and Cathiard, to name but a few.
